Purpose
You may not realize it, but our purpose can be found in our gifting. God put inside each of us skills and the desire to fulfill it. When I was around 5 years of age I discovered how radio worked. At that time I was bitten by the radio bug. I discovered my purpose! When I arrived home that same day, I pulled out the record player, the 8 track tape player (yes, I’m that old) and a screw driver for a microphone. I was determined to have my own radio station (as a 5 year old). That day WNTC was born. A station that could only be heard in my bedroom, but that didn’t matter to me. I had no idea that it would create a life long obsession! I was privileged to work for 30 years in the radio business. I was later put out to pasture permanently, or so I thought in December 2008. Then in early 2017, I had the privilege to start producing programs at WGTK and later was asked to report news.
