Vocal Training Notes from a seminar. Before following any recommendations mentioned here check with a professional. Their is no reason to be fearful. We are crucified in Christ. We only use 8% of the brain. According to a voice trainer, singing isn't a talent or gift, he stated, it is a hidden capacity, not revealed. A lack of knowledge and understanding of correct technique. It is an aquired skill with tons of sweat and blood. It has been described as, a highly qurentive procession tuning of energy. I have heard the question many times over the years, how does someone become great? You will hear various answers from many points of view. I heard it said the best, in my opinion, when I heard, "Great people are people who make other people great."

The Mind operates in what it remembers. All things, including the good and bad things that it has seen, all things as they are before your eyes. Your mind stores the information, whether you can recall it immediatly or not. The Imagination is for things which are unseen. Here you can see yourself complete and whole. You can picture things as they can be, as God has shown you. As a result, you can believe God for things that haven't manifested in your life yet. Remember what Hebrews 11:1 NKJV says, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

"Something remarkable" is something worth talking about, exceptional and attention getting. If you are in business, I hope you're building something into your business that will be noticed. Stand out for something great. One key to standing out is "exceptional" customer service. How often do walk into a business and are overwhelmend by exceptional customer service? I was near Columbia, SC and went into a fast food establishment. The lady behind the counter greeted everyone ahead of me by their first name, because they had become regulars at her store. It was my first time and was greeted by, "What can I get for you, honey?" After placing my order, I sat down. When my food was ready, I picked up my tray and was made aware my fries would be ready shortly. She said when they are ready, that she would bring them out, so I wouldn't have to get up and I could enjoy my meal. When the fries were ready, she brought them out and apologized profusely for

Their are many ways you can begin your day. The first 15 minutes of your day are crucial. 1. Wake your brain by moving physically. Get the blood flowing through your body. 2. Take inventory of what you're grateful for. What are you grateful for? Are you grateful to the Lord for what He has done in your life? 3. Visualize what you want. Have you pictured in your mind what you desire to accompish in life? God has placed a picture in your mind and placed skills and certain giftings for you to accomplish what you are placed here to complete. Begin your first fifteen minutes of the day with activities that will cause the remainder of the day to be more effective.

Listening to the Lord is imperative in the act of intercession. A man made an observation saying, "A man prayed, and at first he thought that prayer was talking. But he became more and more quiet until in the end he realized that prayer is listening." Listening to God is the necessary preparation prior to intercession. The work of intercession, sometimes called the prayer of faith, supposes in a great deal of people that the prayer of guidance is continually ascending to the Father. We must hear, know, and obey the will of God before we pray it into the lives of others. The prayer of guidance constantly precedes and surrounds the prayer of faith. The beginning point in learning to pray for others is to listen for guidance.

Many do not have an understanding of what speaking a blessing over someone really entails, it is simple, yet very powerful. "It is speaking into another's life what God's says about them."

Exodus 18:21 NKJV Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to  be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. It is important to choose leaders who are biblically qualified to serve. If we are in a leadership position and we are placing people in leadership under our authority, it is needful know they have our heart. Our heart is God's heart. Remember that we follow Him according to the scripture above. Leaders are given authority over the amount of people they are graced to lead. If you are a leader, don't attempt to walk outside of your grace level. You may be graced to serve 200, if you strive to reach 1,000, you may be outside your ability and will hurt the 200. If you are to get to the 1,000 you will reach it in levels.

Deuteronomy 1:11 NLT And may the Lord, the God of your ancestors, multiply you a thousand times more and bless you as he promised! I would love to see all of us experience the blessing of having a thousand times more. Can you imagine how many we could reach for the Kingdom of God?  God can obviously bless us beyond what we can imagine. Let us be in the place where He is blessing, so we can receive what we need to fulfill our purpose.

In the book "Think And Grow Rich" many have attempted to find what is secret behind this best selling book on business. It is not a biblically based book. I believe their are many concepts that come from scripture whether the author realize d it or not. The secret of Think And Grow Rich appears to be, at least in one instance, that you become what you think about most of the time. Another has stated that the prime condition of success, in fact the great secret is to c oncentrate your energy, your thought and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged. To focus your thought on one thing at a time . The book says that t houghts are things. Each chapter deals with the steps that are needed to reach the goal. They include: Having Desire Have Faith Self suggestion or speaking to yourself Specialized knowledge, to study to show yourself approved Imagination , having a vision Organized planning toward accomplishing the goal Make a Decision Have Pe

Short steps that successful people use: 1. They think backward. Successful people start at the finish. Then work toward the start. They have a vision, with the end in mind. 2. They like to repeat themselves, a lot. They repeat themselves a lot. They rehearse it to themselves till it is a part of them. 3. They cut corners. Once successful people figure out how to repeat success, then they figure out how to get the same result faster, easier and cheaper. 4. They are quitters. You know the saying “Winners never quit and quitters never win.” Not so much. In fact, that’s wrong. Winners quit a lot. If it isn't working, stop. 5. They say “no” way more than they say “yes.” You’d think the best way to success is to get involved with a lot of great opportunities. You’d think wrong. You choose one thing and complete it. 6.  Successful people don’t look for others’ approval for their success and therefore don’t need to show it off. Learning to look at what people do more than wh
