Short steps that Successful People use

Short steps that successful people use:

1. They think backward. Successful people start at the finish. Then work toward the start.
They have a vision, with the end in mind.

2. They like to repeat themselves, a lot. They repeat themselves a lot. They rehearse it to themselves till it is a part of them.

3. They cut corners. Once successful people figure out how to repeat success, then they figure out how to get the same result faster, easier and cheaper.

4. They are quitters. You know the saying “Winners never quit and quitters never win.” Not so much. In fact, that’s wrong. Winners quit a lot. If it isn't working, stop.

5. They say “no” way more than they say “yes.” You’d think the best way to success is to get involved with a lot of great opportunities. You’d think wrong. You choose one thing and complete it.

6.  Successful people don’t look for others’ approval for their success and therefore don’t need to show it off.

Learning to look at what people do more than what they say they’re doing is the best way I know of to spot the true habits of successful people. If they’re telling you that you have to work 100 hours a week, but they’re going home at 6 p.m. every night and taking weekends off, chances are they know something you don’t. Pay attention! Figure it out and start building your own list of habits. Those successful habits will ultimately become the system that makes you successful. I found this stated and wanted to pass it on.

Now I want to move on to Leadership. Leaders lead from their passion! They are very driven people.
They lead from the inside out. It's something inside them that must be accomplished.
They cause you to FEEL what they feel, to the point you desire to be a part of it.
It's not by giving facts to get someone to respond but by your passion for it.
You start with WHY! Why do you want to be a part of it?
We know WHAT we do
We know HOW we do it
The key is to know WHY

The steps to getting desired results.
1. Desiring anything with a state of mind that becomes an obsession.
2. Then planning definite ways and means to acquire what is desired.
3. Then back those plans with persistence which does not recognize failure.
That will bring what is desired.

Looking at it one more time.
1. Decide what is desired.
2. Allow it to become an obsession.
3. Have a plan to accomplish it.
4. Be persistent till you see it happen.
5. Saturate it in prayer.
