What is the secret behind Think And Grow Rich?

In the book "Think And Grow Rich" many have attempted to find what is secret behind this best selling book on business. It is not a biblically based book. I believe their are many concepts that come from scripture whether the author realized it or not.The secret of Think And Grow Rich appears to be, at least in one instance, that you become what you think about most of the time. Another has stated that the prime condition of success, in fact the great secret is to concentrate your energy, your thought and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged. To focus your thought on one thing at a time. The book says that thoughts are things. Each chapter deals with the steps that are needed to reach the goal.

Having Desire
Have Faith
Self suggestion or speaking to yourself
Specialized knowledge, to study to show yourself approved
Imagination, having a vision
Organized planning toward accomplishing the goal
Make a Decision
Have Persistence
Operate in the Power of agreement
Give expression and action to the idea
The Subconscious Mind, it is so much a part of you it is ingrained
The Brain creating thoughts to accomplish the goal
Use Wisdom in implementing your plan
Overcome Fear

Purpose

You may not realize it, but our purpose can be found in our gifting. God put inside each of us skills and the desire to fulfill it.  When I was around 5 years of age I discovered how radio worked. At that time I was bitten by the radio bug. I discovered my purpose! When I arrived home that same day, I pulled out the record player, the 8 track tape player (yes, I’m that old) and a screw driver for a microphone. I was determined to have my own radio station (as a 5 year old). That day WNTC was born. A station that could only be heard in my bedroom, but that didn’t matter to me.  I had no idea that it would create a life long obsession! I was privileged to work for 30 years in the radio business.
